Dr. Stuart Rhein has been an allergy and asthma specialist
in private practice for more than 30 years, and is board certified in adult and pediatric allergy, asthma, and immunology. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine after completing the combined six-year liberal arts and medical school curriculum.
He completed his internship and residency at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in New York, and completed a second year of residency at the Boston Children's Hospital. Dr. Rhein trained as a fellow in allergy, asthma, and immunology at both the New England Medical Center and the Boston Children's Hospital. He served on active duty for two years in the US Public Health Service in New Orleans and Boston, and was honorably discharged as a lieutenant commander.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a Fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is a past president of the Massachusetts Society of Allergy, and a member of the New England Medical Society and the Massachusetts Society of Allergy. He has been on the board of the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of American for many years, and also serves as a medical advisor for the New England Chapter of the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America.
